
Administrative Assitant
The Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Executive Director and the organization by managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks. They maintain relationships with board members, staff, vendors, clients, and community partners while overseeing financial processes, contracts, and invoicing. Additionally, they handle mail, scheduling, databases, and video conferencing platforms, ensuring efficient operations. The role includes managing board meeting schedules, maintaining document-sharing systems, and supporting program activities, fundraising efforts, and donor engagement. The assistant also helps with social media and brand messaging while ensuring office supplies and administrative needs are met.
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability in high-paced, stressful environments.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Availability for evening and weekend hours as needed.
• FBI fingerprints and Child Abuse Clearance required within one week of employment.
🎓 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent business school training with 3-5 years of experience.

📍 On-site 5 days a week | 💰 $46,000-55,000 salary | 📅 Availability for weekends as needed
