Her career spans diverse sectors, contributing her expertise to renowned organizations like Johnson & Johnson, PNC Bank, and EARN Staffing Solutions. She currently serves as Founder & Chief Executive Officer of DC Workforce Solutions, LLC, focusing on inclusive workforce development.
